Listen to people but at the end of the day go with your instincts. There is no wrong or right way just opinion. People will be quick to give advice but slower to accept responsibilty if you do it and it goes wrong.

Go to see the younger players stepping forward this year, Josh, Andy Hill & Mike Curran to name but a few !!!

He is no youngster but will bring experience to the party.

Not taking the Mike out of Curran just saying few new captains around so should be a few new ideas which should lead to a exciting season. I think Mike will do a good job and your right should bowl more overs. Might be a problem bowling them all if Mr Cooper arrives at MIlnthorpe this year. Bob, Leroy, Johno and Mike not including Mr Wills and Chris. Should be a very strong cup team.
